MICHAEL JOSEPH REVIERE, born 1955, in Beaumont, Texas.  Mr. Reviere grew up in Beaumont, Texas and attended Lamar University, from which he graduated in 1978 with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology.  He then attended South Texas College of Law, graduating in the summer of 1982.  During that summer, Mr. Reviere obtained a summer clerkship with what was then Benckenstein, Norvell, Bernsen & Nathan.  In May 1983, he was admitted to the Texas Bar and was offered an associate position with the firm.  He was also admitted to practice in the U.S. District Courts for the Eastern and Southern Districts of Texas, and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit.  Mr. Reviere became a firm partner in 1986.  In 1990, with the opening of the firm’s Houston office, he relocated his family to Kingwood to manage the Houston office and is still the managing partner of that office.   

 Mr. Reviere has defended wrongful death cases, product liability cases, premises cases, automobile and trucking accident cases and construction cases, just to name a few.  He has “first chaired” well over one hundred and fifty trials.  Mr. Reviere is a member of the Jefferson County Bar Association; the Harris County Bar Association; the Houston Bar Association; the State Bar of Texas; and the Texas Association of Defense Counsel. DENNIS S. DRESDEN, Dennis was born in 1961 in Chicago, Illinois.  After playing two sports at Joliet Junior College, Mr. Dresden moved to Texas to play baseball and complete his undergraduate education at Lamar University in Beaumont, Texas. He then attended the University of Houston Bates College of Law.  While attending law school, Mr. Dresden worked for the Houston office of Benckenstein, Norvell, Bernsen & Nathan as a law clerk for two years.  He was admitted to the Texas Bar in 1992 and he has worked for the firm since that time. Mr. Dresden became a partner in 2000.  He is also admitted to practice in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Texas.   

Mr. Dresden has defended wrongful death cases, premises liability cases, automobile and trucking accident cases, construction cases, and products liability cases.  He has extensive courtroom experience and he has tried over seventy cases as lead counsel.  Dennis is a member of the Harris County Bar Association; State Bar of Texas; and the Texas Association of Defense Counsel.

Benjamin J.
